PLEASE!!
DO NOT CALL US
FOR WARRANTY
ISSUES
Without a written record of what we talked with you (over
the phone) regarding any problems you are experiencing or the
troubleshooting steps that have been tried so far, our hands are tied.
If the problem reported is commonly caused by a bad battery or failing
cord and we cannot easily duplicate the problem, without a written
record of the conversation we will assume those simple steps were never
tried.
If you cannot use our trouble ticket system or email we
will not be able to provide the level of service we would like and you
may be subject to testing and handling fees if we cannot duplicate the
problem. |

 | Warranty tags must be intact. The item cannot
have been tampered with. |
 | Proper
troubleshooting must be preformed. |
 | You must contact us
in writing about the warranty issue before returning
items for warranty. Use the form below or email us at Phone calls cannot be saved for reference and we will have no idea
what troubleshooting steps were performed when the item is
returned. To provide the most reliable service we need a detailed
and valid problem description. |

will be repaired under warranty at our discretion. If a valid problem
description is not included with a warranty item and a problem is
not easily found by our
technicians then a testing and handling fee may apply. There may also be
a test fee if the problem found is significantly different then the
problem description or the problem description is too vague. In extreme
cases the original warranty may be null and void and a new full price
