Items returned without following the proper procedures will be repaired under warranty at our discretion. If a valid problem description is not included with a warranty item and a problem is not easily found by our technicians then a testing and handling fee may apply. There may also be a test fee if the problem found is significantly different then the problem description or the problem description is too vague. In extreme cases the original warranty may be null and void and a new full price repair charge may apply.
