Unless otherwise stated all of our
standard repairs and refurbished equipment are covered under a 1 year warranty.

 | Liquid spill |
 | Lightning and surge damage |
 | Excessive abuse |
 | Incorrect installation |
 | Shipping charges |
 | Defective handsets on repaired
items |
 | Defective handset cords or line
cords |

| Warranty requirements |
 | Warranty tags must be intact. |
 | Bar code tag must be intact and readable. |
 | Proper
troubleshooting must be preformed. |
 | RMA number or RMA sheet must be included with
each item. |

Items returned for warranty work must include an RMA
number or a correctly filled out RMA sheet. Items sent in without an RMA
will be repaired under warranty at our discretion. If a valid problem
description or RMA is not included with a warranty item and a problem is
not easily found by our
technicians then a testing and handling fee may apply. There may also be
a test fee if the problem found is significantly different then the
problem description or the problem description is too vague. In extreme
cases the original warranty may be null and void and a new full price
repair charge with 1 year warranty may apply.
