Repair Turnaround Time
For Specific Items Only

Regular small orders
Typically 4 -7 business days
7 days on average  plus shipping time. Turn around time is not guaranteed and some circumstances can delay repair time.
Larger orders or unusual items may take longer. If there are any major problems with a single item in your order that may also slow down return time.

Rush Repair
1-2 Days (Typically just 1 day!)
Not including weekends and holidays
3 phones / items or less. More than 3 may take a day longer, 6 or more may take up to 4 days in worst case scenarios.

If for some reason we cannot repair your order within the proper time period rush service will be refunded.

For rush repair: You must follow these directions or repair may be delayed.

• You must select and pay for the optional rush service.
• You must write in large, bold letters "RUSH REPAIR" on the outside of the box.
• You should include good accurate problem descriptions with your order.
• You must include the email packing slip print-out (with your order number) inside the box.
• Using express shipping services that deliver before 11am is recommended.
• Do Not break up your order! (Order several repairs but only pay for one RUSH service)
  If you do, we will choose the easiest way to handle the order. We may charge for additional shipping and handling to duplicate your order and ship your items separately, or change all items to RUSH and charge the appropriate amount for rush on all items.

If these instructions are not followed, repair may be delayed. Delays dealing with logging in the order, tracking down correct information, waiting for your reply or payment problems do not count as turnaround time.
