New hook switch - Old hook switch is replaced with a new design that we created. It lasts much longer then the original!

Housing is re-finished - Not painted! We have a technique that rejuvenates the phone housing taking away the ugly scratches in the handset cradle. It brings back the original shine and makes the phone look new again.* Paint will just chip off, look worse, and create a bigger problem. Our process leaves nothing behind so it can not chip off!

Complete inspection and testing - Every phone is taken completely apart, cleaned inside and out and put back together. We check for and repair* bad solder connections, clean up minor drink spills and remove built up dirt. Then the phone is reassembled. The buttons and lights are tested as well as talk path in the handset and speakerphone.  

Complete cleaning - All plastic parts are cleaned including ink, tape, dirt and minor paint splatter.  Non Toshiba stickers are removed leaving only the original sticker and our warranty barcode with no company names or logos.

New handset cord - 12' handset cord individually bagged.

New designation paper and plastic - Keep your old ones if you want them. Each phone gets a new paper and plastic. This also includes a new paper for the slider tray. 

New box - Each phone is placed in a new box and a label, indicating the make and model, is placed on the outside for easy identification.

For incomplete phones - Missing parts automatically get NEW replacements at discount pricing. Missing or defective handsets are replaced for $7, slider trays $3.
