The #1 problem with Toshiba DKT 2000 series phones is a bad hook switch. At first it will just hang up once or twice a week but it will slowly get worse until you can not answer a call at all!

To solve the problem, we designed a replacement switch that has a larger contact area than the original... but we did not stop there! We also modify every phone so it requires less of a signal from the hook switch. This means even a bad hook switch would start working again!
