REFURBISH ONLY is intended for refurbishing Toshiba phones to look as new as possible. It should not be used for repair and does not include the repair of any defect other then the hookswitch, bad solder connections or minor drink spills. Phones are considered working when they arrive and are not tested before refurbishing. Any phone that is found to be defective during testing (after the refurbish process) will automatically be repaired and charged the regular repair price. Broken, badly damaged or scratched housings may still be refurbished but may not look like new. You will always receive the same phone (and parts) back that you sent in, we do not replace housing parts. Missing, defective or badly damaged handsets are replaced with new handsets automatically for $7each. Warranty for this service is limited to the hookswitch and correct assembly of the unit. The hookswitch is warranted for 1 year, and correct assembly of the unit is warranted for 60 days or until the unit is opened for any reason. Each phone should be tested within 30 days after receiving back the unit  to insure proper operation.
