Test & Clean
If your phones are not broken and you
just need your phones returned to as close to new as possible, then our
test & clean option may be what you are looking for.
Test & Clean Features:

Complete phone cleaning.

Stickers & tape removed

Ink, dirt and smudges removed

Plastic buffed when possible

New designation papers and clear
plastics included.

Old papers are thrown out so please do
not send them in if you want to keep them.

Phones tested for correct operation.

If problems are found, we inform you
before attempting any repairs

Some minor problems are repaired at no
charge such as dirty jack pins.

|
|
New 9' or 12' curly handset cord
included with every phone.
|
|
Defective handsets are repaired (if
possible) for $3 or replaced with a new one for $9 (if available).
|
Phones are returned complete and missing
handsets will be replaced automatically at $9 each (most brands)
unless you specify that you do not want handsets.

|
Missing parts are replaced at a
nominal fee if available.

etc..

There is no warranty on Test & Clean
phones. We do not guarantee a tested phone will not have any defects and
there could easily be intermittent problems that a quick test will not
find. We can not get every phone back to like new condition and the end
result will depend on the condition and age of the phone when it is sent
to us.
Any phone that is extremely dirty, has
a liquid spill, or for other reasons needs to be completely disassembled
and cleaned to operate properly is considered a full repair.
