Priority One Shipping Tips

Our suggestions for shipping phones to us for repair

From the East Coast we suggest UPS ground. It only takes 1-2 days and is usually the best price out there.

From the Mid-States UPS ground is usually the way to go, for 1 or 2 phones you may want to use US Priority mail.

From the West Coast, US Priority Mail is about the same cost as UPS ground and will usually only take 2 days compared to 5-7 for UPS ground. If you have a large box, FedEx Economy or FedEx ground might be a good choice.

For 1 phone... Consider US Priority Mail. You get free boxes, shipping time is usually just 2 days (including Saturday) and believe it or not... good old US Mail treats your packages better than most other services.

For UPS ground, take a look at this chart to figure out how many days UPS ground will take. If you are in a 2-day ship zone for UPS ground and you ship UPS Orange 3-day service, it will cost you more money and take a day longer to get here!
