Standards and Options for Repair

Our low cost repair services are higher in quality than any other company out there, even the ones charging 2 to 4 times more!

Every phone we repair receives:

	All standard features are tested on every phone no matter what it was sent in for.
	Preventative maintenance procedures to prevent known trouble spots from breaking in the future.
	Known common problems are repaired or replaced even if they do not need it yet.
	Complete cleaning with removal of ink, stickers and tape.
	Designation papers are replaced, missing designation plastics are replaced at cost.
	New 12' curly handset cord.
	Complete 1 year warranty*

Also: Phones are individually sealed with shrink wrap before returning to you. Defective handsets are repaired whenever possible at no additional charge or replaced at minimal cost if not repairable. Missing handsets are not replaced unless requested.

Optional services, upon request:

	All missing parts can be replaced at minimal charge when available.
	Phones can be individually boxed and labeled before returning to you for easy storage.
	Missing handsets can be replaced upon request at a discounted price.

Think about it... most 'refurbished' phones go through a 60 second test and sell policy. Would you buy a refurbished car when the checkup involved changing the oil and a quick spin around the lot?
