Priority One has the only outside repair service
For KX-TGA400b & KX-TGA200b
Recommended by
Panasonic Employees!
|
| We have known for some time that at
least a few Panasonic employees have been sending customers our way
for KX-TGA200b & KX-TGA400b telephone repair. Early on, a few
customers told us Panasonic recommended them to contact us. We did not
believe Panasonic would do this at
first but when we called Panasonic one day to inquire about a special
order the person we talked to recognized our company name and told us
he had been sending customers to our web site because of our improved
keypad.
Why do Panasonic employees recommend us?
It makes sense. While corporate Panasonic does not officially admit to
a keypad problem, the employees are the people taking calls from upset
customers. Until Priority One designed an
improved
keypad, people had no other choice but to settle for an
expensive and
short term solution with another defective keypad.
Why is it important to you?
This shows we are the best option for your repair. Who would know
better than Panasonic employees that have to deal with this problem
every day? |

I remember
speaking to one of your employees/owners when I worked in sales for
Panasonic about XX months ago...I have since switched departments, but
don't worry, I still recommend your services to everyone with the 400B
nightmares (outside of warranty). I hope our unofficial endorsement
helps your business, keep up the great work/service.

That's great news.
Thank you for the info!
I know it's a lot to ask but do you mind us putting a copy of your
message on our web site?
If I didn't fear our Repair
Center Manager or being fired, I would give you the go-ahead. We're
technically supposed to refer everyone to our own Repair Center, but our
customers tend to get fed up with the wait time (and ridiculous cost). I
really can't authorize posting my name, but you could maybe take exerpts
of what I original wrote and state -this is what Panasonic employees
have to say-. Have you looked into becoming an authorized repair center?
I can shoot you some contact info tomorrow, and then we'll see what we
can do. |
Dear Ben,
I called Panasonic KX-TG2388 when I was having trouble with my
cordless phone and someone there referred me to Priority One. I did
not get the gentleman's name but he spoke very highly of your business
and your abilities. I have to admit I was still skeptical about
contacting a third part service.
But the Panasonic employee seemed to think that if anyone could help
me get my very expensive phone (it has special features for the
hearing impaired) working again, it would be Priority One. So I
contacted you. And he was right!
Where others had failed altogether or had cost us money unnecessarily,
you identified the problem very quickly. Your expert knowledge got the
phone working like new again. You were quick to respond, thorough and
attentive and a true pleasure to deal with. I cannot thank you enough.
I will surely refer others to you whenever possible.
All best,
Michèle Marr

| Priority One is not
an authorized Panasonic repair center. We only repair a few specific
Panasonic telephones. We cannot become an authorized repair center
without repairing many other Panasonic products. We specialize on just a
few telephones. With faster service, more experience and lower prices,
making Priority One the ideal choice for your repair. With Panasonic
factory repair, your phone will most likely be sent to a huge facility
in Mexico that handles thousands of Panasonic products. It is
unlikely the employee that will work on your phone will have as much
experience on this specific phone model. |
