Please send your phone(s) to us for repair as soon as you can. Let us know if there will be a significant delay or any other problems.
 

• We need to know your eBay ID, contact information and address to return your repaired equipment
  eBay or Paypal printouts with this information is fine, or you can make your own.
   
• Please do not include the battery, belt clip or charger stand.
  We try to keep track of and return any extra items but we cannot guarantee this. We do not need these items to repair your phone and it is better if you do not send them.
   
• DO NOT USE PADDED ENVELOPES OR SHIPPING BAGS! These provide almost no protection!!! We recommend USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Free boxes are available at your local post office. Choose a larger box so there is room for padding.  We have received several ripped and empty envelopes!
   
• Problem descriptions are very important.
  Please tag each phone with it's own problem description. You can use our form or your own: Problem Description Form
  Many people tape post-it notes to each phone.
