Hold:
Put a call or intercom call on hold by pressing the HOLD button.
To return, press the flashing line key or the IC if it was an intercom call.
note: If you put a call on hold and you cannot answer it at another station that is because the hold button is programmed as exclusive hold.

Intercom Call:
Lift the handset and dial the desired extension number or press the pre-programmed DSS/BLF key (SD1-SD0)

Call Transfer:
Press the XFR key and dial the extension number or press the SD key if they are programmed. Then announce the call and hang up.

Conference:
Two outside parties, one inside party:
1. Make the first call, wait for connection, and press CNF key.
2. Place the second call, wait for connection and press CNF key again.
3. Press the CNF key one more time.

One outside party, two inside parties:
1. Make the outide call, wiat for connection and press the CNF key.
2. Dial the extension number or press the SD key.
3. Press the CNF key two more times.

To exit a conference, press the CNF key again or hang up.

Do Not Disturb:
Without lifting the handset press the DND key.
If a message is desired, dial a message number (01-20) or press the "#" and "*" keys until the message is displayed then press SPKR
To cancell, press the DND key again.

Speed Dial & DSS/BLF keys:
To store a number:
Without lifting handset press an SD key. (SD1-SD0)
Dial the number to be stored. (16 digit max.)
You can use the SPCL key, 1x=flash(F)  2x=Pause(S)  3x=Long pause(M)
Then press the "IC" key if it's an intercom key or press any line key if it's a telephone number.
You can have one intercom and one telephone stored for each button.
Note: When you program an intercom number in a SD key, whenever that extension is busy it will light the SD LED letting you know the phone is being used.

To use speed dial:
Chose a line key then press the button. If you do not chose a line key it will call the extension number if one is programmed.

To review a SD key:
Press the SD key twice

Page:
Lift handset, hit the PAGE key and dial "1" for all zones.
