Our warranty
covers labor and most parts, however it does not cover shipping costs. In
some cases we may decide to pay return shipping cost, totally at our
discretion. We will only consider covering return shipping cost if a valid
problem description was included in the original repair order. Also, the new
or current problem must be directly related to the original problem or a
significant mistake or error on our part.
Any shipping costs and fees will need to be paid
up front with a credit card before the item is returned. If you have a NET30
account with us, any fees will have to be paid within 35 days or that item's
remaining warranty will be void.
