Items can be
returned for warranty work with our custom form or a customer provided
(extremely good) problem description. However, if our technicians can not
duplicate the problem then it may be returned with a fee to
cover testing, shipping and receiving. When we are contacted by email or by
phone for an RMA number, we can help eliminate most unnecessary returns.
It takes much more of our time to troubleshoot a
phone that does not show a problem then it does to repair the average phone.
