US Priority Mail = 1 to 3 days on average. (free boxes at your local post office)
US mailing days include Saturday and with a little luck, a package mailed on Friday from one coast will reach the other coast on Monday!

UPS Red Next Day Air = 1 day
UPS Blue 2nd Day Air = 2 days
UPS Orange = 3 days
(Weekends & holidays do not count as travel days.)
