| Add a new handset to a repair for 30% off listed price | |

Save 30% off our regular price on a handset when you add it to a repair
order. All you need to do is check the box.
Do Not also add an individual handset to the order unless you want another handset at regular price. Before finalizing your invoice we will add the discounted handset to the order. |
Replace all missing parts
With this option selected we will replace any and all missing parts
(whenever possible) such as base stands, designation plastics, handsets,
button caps, etc.. and return your phone complete. Additional costs will
vary greatly depending on the parts. If we offer the parts new, the
price will be 30% off the listed price. If new is not available we will
try to use good condition used or refurbished parts.
Prices will be very
reasonable and you can always return the extra parts for a full refund
if you do not agree.
Lifetime
warranty (optional)
Some repair items have the option for a lifetime warranty. Lifetime
warranty is similar to our regular warranty policy but without any
expiration date. Equipment with a lifetime warranty receives a unique
barcode label and permanent records in our repair database. Please be
aware that we require warranty items to be sent in with the proper forms
and procedures. Phones sent to us that are still under warranty but
without a valid problem description will be tested and repaired as a
regular repair and be billed for the normal repair fee.
