If you can not live without your phone for a few days, and you do not have a spare, then you may want to buy a spare and then send your phone in for repair.

You may also want to replace a phone if it is in more than 2 or 3 pieces, however we have repaired some of those as well!

Never trash a broken phone! Business phones are expensive and they can quickly become hard or impossible to find. Repairing a phone is always cheaper then replacing your entire phone system because no more parts to be found.
