The on-line store software, that handles password orders, sends out an order confirmation email soon after an order is placed and it also sends a copy to us. We always receive this email within about 30 minutes after an order, usually sooner. This means a copy will be sent to the email you provide us as well. If there is a problem with the email address or if there are any spam filters, the email will probably never make it through.
