The on-line
store software, that handles password orders, sends out an order
confirmation email soon after an order is placed and it also sends a copy to
us. We always receive this email within about 30 minutes after an
order, usually sooner. This means a copy will be sent to the email you
provide us as well. If there is a problem with the email address or if there
are any spam filters, the email will probably never make it through.
Please double
check your email address and disable any spam filters.
If you do not get an order confirmation within 45-60 minutes,
please email us and we can forward the copy we get to you. Please note that
it usually takes 3-6 hours and may take up to 2 business days before we can
reply.
