PAYPAL and double payments

IMPORTANT: DO NOT refresh or click the submit button more than one time when making payments.

Frequently we receive double payments from people using Paypal as the payment method.

PLEASE.. DO NOT click PAY more than one time or use your refresh button. If there are any errors with web pages after sending in a Paypal payment, it is very likely the payment did go through! PLEASE go back to www.paypal.com and check your account to see if the payment went through.

If you do manage to make a double payment, we will refund the extra payment(s). Most of the time we notice (and refund) double payments on our own within a day or two. However, they can be missed so you must contact us by email and allow us 15 working days before contacting Paypal or your credit card company. Contacting Paypal or your credit card company will most definitely be more difficult then dealing directly with us. Also, Paypal will charge us a fee for processing refunds on double payments. You will be responsible for paying any fees charged to us regarding your payments or refunds if we are not given notice by you and allowed 15 days to resolve the problem.
