Manual Order Agreement

Under no circumstances can we accept phone calls for ANY questions or problems with manual orders.

Passwords

DOWNLOAD the manual BEFORE purchasing the password.
Do not purchase a password if you cannot download the file!

There are no refunds on manual orders.

Passwords are emailed to the address you provide within a few minutes. We do not guarantee you will receive this automatic email and you may have SPAM filters or other email problems that delay or deny delivery of the email. If you do not get the email within 1 hour, then you must contact us by email requesting the information. In worst case scenarios, this may take up to three business days. You must try to email once per business day for 3 days before attempting to contact us by phone and that will only be to troubleshoot the problem with the emails. Under no circumstances will password information be given over the phone.

Any attempts to contact us by phone without following these simple directions will delay our response. Again: You must email us at least 3 times over 3 days. Excessive intentional emails will also delay our response. Over 99% of password emails are sent successfully and problems with delivery are due to customer's email spam filtering or email address typos which we have no control over. We respond to email requests frequently every business day and even occasionally on evenings weekends and holidays. However, there are rare circumstances that delay our response time such as internet/computer troubles and low employee turn-out from vacations, sick leave or tragedy.

CD-ROMs

CD-ROMs are mailed out via US-Mail within 3 days after the order is placed. (Usually within 24 hours)

Adjusting the shipping service during checkout has no effect.

You also get a password to use with a download file if you need the manual right away.
