We can not accept phone calls (for any reason) dealing with manual files,
CDs, downloading, passwords, or any other questions about free or purchased
information on our web site. If we did not keep a strict policy of no-calls
for manuals we would be forced to hire a full time employee to handle the
volume. This would dramatically increase the prices we would have to charge
and availability of free user guides and other information. We can not
make exceptions for any special circumstances or problems. We reply to
email much more reliably and faster then the average internet company and we
have spent a lot of time and energy making sure the most common problems and
questions are addressed in our web site.
