The lifetime warranty covers only the specific problem (if mentioned above) and does not include abuse, liquid spills, excessive dirt, tampering or shipping costs. The warranty barcode tag must be in place and legible as well as any security tags.

Only available on phones repaired by Priority One Business Communications after June 1st 2005. Lifetime warranty expires when we no longer offer repair service on that type of telephone. Budget program repairs do not qualify for lifetime warranty.
