If a telephone is sent in for repair with a defective handset we will repair the handset whenever possible at no extra charge. If the handset is unrepairable, a used or new replacement will be returned with the phone (if available) for a small charge.

Because we do not charge extra to repair handsets on defective telephones and there is no easy way to mark them for tracking purposes, they are not covered under warranty.
