We can not tell if you have downloaded the file when you purchase a password so you MUST download the file BEFORE buying the password to be certain that you can get the file.

There are no returns for password purchases, even if you can not download the file the password is for.

You should also be familiar with Adobe Acrobat Reader and un-zipping compressed files. There are no refunds for passwords if your computer can not open PDF files or if you do not know how to download, unzip, or open PDF files.
