DEAD Nortel phones
Dead M-series have no operation at all but may have constant blinking arrows on the display.
Dead T-series phones have no operation and usually have a constant blinking red message light.
These problems require replacing expensive and complex IC chips. Repair usually takes longer and an additional charge applies.
