Occasionally a phone has a small cosmetic problem that is difficult or costly to refurbish. It may have a slightly discolored plastic housing (yellowed) or it may have a minor scratch etc..
Instead of committing more time and resources into the problem we may instead pass the savings on to our customers that don't mind a phone that works like new but just does not look quite so new. 

If you would like C-Stock* just ask!

* When available, depends on make, model, and stock. The actual savings will depend on the condition of each item (as it is) and will always be between $10 and $25. We never sell phones with major cosmetic problems! There will never be extreme yellowing, large cracks or chips, etc.. Basically if the average person would not  notice the defect from 3 feet away we may sell it as c-stock.
