Expedited Order Details

Order processing and repair turnaround time can vary depending on the items and current work load etc..
Many things can effect your order handling time.

  Expedited adds a speed boost to your order. 
It lets us know you are in a hurry and puts your order ahead of the others.

• If there are problems with your order we will try calling instead of email

• Technicians will choose expedited orders over non-expedited orders

• Shipping department gives expedited orders priority treatment

• Problems will be taken care of sooner rather than waiting for a convenient time

• No waiting for several orders of the same brand or model to complete the order 

Expedited orders can cut a day (sometimes two) from handling time for purchases and one to many days ahead for repair orders. 
 

This is not the same as RUSH repair available on some select items. Your order receives priority over others but there is no guaranteed time frame other than it will be completed sooner than non-expedited orders.
