ACCOUNT CODE

	While an outside line is in progress, press the ACCOUNT key.
	Enter the account code up to 10 digits.
	If you entered less than 10 digits, press the ACCOUNT key.

ADD ON

	Place the first call.
	Press the ADD ON key.
	Place the next call.
	Press the ADD ON key.
	Continue placing calls and pressing the ADD ON key until all parties are added to conference.
	Then press the ADD ON key to add yourself.

CALL FORWARD

	Lift the handset.
	Press the CALL FORWARD key.
	Dial the destination exension number for day mode.  The LED blinks.  If the LED does not blink, the system is in the night mode. OR
	Dial 5 and the destination extension number for night mode.  The LED blinks.  If the LED does not blink the system is in the day mode.

CALL FORWARD TO VMS

	Lift the handset.
	Dial 7*3 for day mode. OR
	Dial 7*5 for night mode.

CANCEL CALL FORWARD

	Without lifting the handset, press the blinking CALL FORWARD key. OR
	Dial 7** for day mode and 7*9 for night mode.

CALL PICKUP

	Lift the handset.
	Dial 2.
	Dial the ringing extension number.

CALL VIA 2ND PATH

	Lift the handset.
	Dial the desired extension number (called extension must be a Display/Data, Model 32, or Model 64 telephone).
	Dial 3.
	Speak to the called party.

CALL VMS

	Lift the handset.
	Press the VMS key, or dial 4 plus the 2-digit VMS hunt group number (usually 36).
	When the voice mail system answers, follow the voice prompts.

CAMP-ON

	Upon receiving a busy signal when calling an extension, dial 2.
	Stay off-hook and wait for the called extension to answer.

CONFERENCE

	Place/receive the first call.  (The outside call must be the first call.)
	Press the TR/CON key.
	Place the next call.
	Press the TR/CON key.  Conference established.

DO NOT DISTURB

	Without lifting handset, press the DND key once(to block pages) or twice(to block all incoming calls).
	Press a third time to cancel DND.

HOLD

	Press the HOLD key once, or press twice for Exclusive Hold.
	To retrieve an outside call on hold, press the blinking OUTSIDE LINE key.
	To retrieve an intercom call on hold, press the HOLD key.

INTERCOM CALL

	Lift the handset.
	Dial the desired extension.  Dial 0 for the system operator.  To ring a phone programmed for voice announce, dial 1 and the desired extension.

LAST NUMBER REDIAL

	Lift the handset.
	Press an idle OUTSIDE LINE key.
	Dial #.

MESSAGE WAITING

	To leave a message waiting indication after dialing an extension, press the MESSAGE key.
	If someone has left you a message, your MESSAGE key blinks.  Lift the handset and press the MESSAGE key to call the person who left you a message.

MODE CHANGE TO HANDS FREE

Press the HF key and then hang up.

MODE CHANGE TO HANDSET

Lift the handset.  Do not press any key.

NIGHT ANSWER

	Lift the handset.
	Press the NIGHT ANSWER key, or dial 79.

ORBIT

	While on a call, press the TR/CON key.
	Dial the 2-digit orbit zone 50 to 59.  Confirmation tone is heard indicating the call was placed in orbit.  If the orbit zone is busy, you hear dial tone immediately.  Dial another zone.

OUTSIDE CALL

	Lift the handset.
	Press an idle OUTSIDE LINE key.
	Dial the desired number.

PAGE

	Lift the handset.
	Dial the desired 2-digit page zone 60 to 69.
	Announce page after tone. (Zone 60 pages all zones)

PROGRAM A DSS KEY

	Without lifting the handset, press the PROGRAM key.
	Press the desired DSS key.
	Dial the desired extension number.

PROGRAM STATION SPEED

	Without lifting the handset, press the PROGRAM key.
	Dial the desired 2-digit bin number, or press the STATION SPEED key.
	Dial the telephone number.
	Press the PROGRAM key.

SPLIT

Press the blinking SPLIT key.  The first call is placed on hold and the second call is connected.  Use the SPLIT key to toggle back and forth between calls.

STATION CALL BACK

	Press the CALL BACK key within 5 seconds of reaching a busy extension.
	Hang up.
	When the called extension is free, your phone will ring with a triple ring.  Lift the handset.
	Press the CALL BACK key.
	Wait for the called party to answer.

STATION SPEED DIAL

	Lift the handset.
	Press an idle OUTSIDE LINE key.
	Press the PROGRAM key and dial the desired 2-digit bin number.
	OR
	Press the desired STATION SPEED key.

SYSTEM SPEED DIAL

	Lift the handset.
	Press an idle OUTSIDE key.
	Press the PROGRAM key, and dial * and the desired 3-digit bin number.
	OR
	Press the desired SYSTEM SPEED key.

TRANSFER

	While on a call, press the TR/CON key.
	Dial the desired extension number.

VERIFIED FORCE ACCOUNT CODE

	Lift the handset.
	Press an idle OUTSIDE LINE key.
	Press the ACCOUNT key.
	Enter the account code up to 8 digits.
	Press the ACCOUNT key.
	Dial the desired telephone number.
