Executone Encore 616, 1232 & 2464 Quick Reference

Intercom Call:
Lift handset and dial the desired 2-digit extension number.
Dial "1" first to force the other phone to ring.

Paging:
Lift handset, dial "#", then dial the desired page zone.  Or "0" for all page zones.

Redial:
Lift handset, pick idle line.
Press the SD/RD key then "#"

Do Not Disturb DND:
Lift handset, dial 94.  (The DND/CF LED will turn on)
Repeat to shut DND off.
(Note: if 94 does not work you have an Encore Plus, try 84 instead)

Speed Dial:
To Program:
Lift handset, press the SD/RD key.
Dial a 2 digit bin number (00-09) are reserved for each station.
Dial the phone number to be stored. (Up to 16 digits, use the CONF key for pause)
Press the FLASH key.

To Use:
Lift handset, pick a line key.
Press the SD/RD key then dial bin number.

Call Foreward:
Lift handset, then dial "96" and the extension number for where you want your calls forwarded.
(Note: If you have an Encore Plus use "86" instead of "96")
To cancel, lift handset and dial 94, or 84 if you have Encore Plus.
