180 Day warranty covers any malfunction, not just
what we repair.
180 day warranty starts the day we ship the
phone back to you. Tampering, shipping damage and excessive abuse are not
covered. Warranty stickers must be intact and legible. Buyer is responsible for
shipping costs (no handling) for warranty work. Compensation will be offered if
we find the warranty problem was neglect on our part.
Lifetime warranty on our improved keypad!
Our Lifetime keypad warranty is transferable! Any phone with our keypad will be repaired free of charge if there are ever any button problems no matter who owns the phone. Warranty stickers must be intact or you must supply a copy of the original repair or keypad purchase invoice or provide a purchase receipt from a customer who we have records of selling keypads or repair service to.

Our properly designed keypad will work just like every
other phone you ever owned.
It is that simple! The original keypad has two major flaws and the reason
your buttons fail.
Our improved keypad is simply designed to the specifications of the electrical
contacts.
You should never have to deal with hard to push buttons again and with our
keypad you won't have to!
There are NO
EXCEPTIONS to our keypad warranty. Abuse, liquid spills and power tools are all
covered!*
While our keypad certainly is
not indestructible, under abnormal use it will still be difficult to
break. We don't think you will break it and we won't hide behind excuses if you
do.
Lifetime is defined by the useful life of the system. If the keypad fails it will be replaced at no charge. You can send the phone to us (if we installed the keypad) or you can send just the keypad. If it fails our testing we will install (or ship you) a new keypad and even pay for return shipping! We will continue this lifetime warranty, at the very least, for 3 years past the day the system becomes so obsolete that we stop offering repair services for this system. (Lifetime will not end any sooner than 2012)
Under no circumstances do we pre-pay to return warranty items. We often have to eat the labor and return shipping costs for no trouble found warranty problems and problems we could not have prevented like shipping damage, unrelated issues etc.. Most companies do not pre-pay for return shipping (or compensate for other expenses) of warranty items and we are no different. However, we take good care of our customers and if we discover a warranty problem is our fault we usually offer some type of compensation depending on the circumstances. Sometimes we have even extended warranty coverage or given considerable discounts after the warranty period expired if we discover a problem we should have taken care of earlier.
