Instructions for sending in Panasonic cordless phones for repair

All repair orders must go through eBay or our on-line repair order store.
This generates all the paperwork required. Your information is updated into our database automatically! All repair orders are handled in just these two ways making it fast and efficient. This saves us time and we pass the savings on to you. Plus no typos, no phone tag, and email addresses that work.

Please send your phone(s) to us for repair as soon as you can. Let us know if there will be a significant delay or any other problems.

Battery: Please do not send the battery with the phone. We do not need the battery or the charger stand. We try to keep track and return extra items sent in with your order but we cannot guarantee this. It is best not to send them.

If you pay by Paypal on eBay:
Your eBay ID is your purchase order number!
Please include a copy of your PAYPAL payment with the order.
We will return your repair order to your PAYPAL ADDRESS so please make sure it is correct.
 

If you pay by credit card directly:
Credit card payments are made by using the link in the IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS email sent to you from eBay.

Please include the packing slip that will be emailed to you after order completion.
You will also receive an email asking for a problem description. Please fill this out, print it and include it with your item(s). Do not reply or email it back to us as we have no efficient way to attach this to your order.
 

Fax in payment form:
We recommend you use the link in the eBay email (request a copy) to complete payment information. There is much less chance of delays or errors from typos, messy hand writing etc.. . but if it's not working for you the fax option is available.

ALSO it will help both of us if you include a detailed problem description with the phone. If the problem is with the keypad only, just a quick note will do but if there are any other problems please let us know what it is doing in as much detail as possible.

We recommend USPS Priority Mail for shipping. You can get free boxes at your local post office. Choose a larger box so there is room for padding.
DO NOT USE PADDED ENVELOPES OR SHIPPING BAGS!
We have had several empty bags and smashed phones arrive here... do not use shipping envelopes (even padded ones!) if you value your phone!
