Sending in equipment for repair:  Repair page
We do not require you to call for an RMA number before sending us equipment for repair.

We DO require you to include a packing slip with each box of equipment sent in for repair. The packing slip should include your return billing and shipping address, telephone number, payment choice and a listing of what is being sent in for repair work.

It is a very good idea to include a quality problem description with each item. A good problem description will help speed up repair time and ensure the highest quality repair work possible.

Warranty repair:  Warranty page
To qualify for warranty work, we do require an RMA and problem description to be sent in with every warranty item. Warranty items sent in without an RMA and a valid problem description will most likely be returned with testing fees or in some cases the warranty may be void. It is in your best interest to spend a few minutes making sure the item under warranty really has a problem that is covered under warranty. Bad handsets, cords, wiring, and programming problems are not covered under warranty. Our warranty does not include testing to determine if a problem exists and what the problem may be.
