Before you call!

	We can not accept calls for manuals. Any part of the manual process: passwords, CDs, on-line store questions, or problems.
	Order status requests should be handled over email. It can take time to track down a specific order so please limit status requests to email if at all possible.
	We DO NOT have any information on any home use telephones. We do not know if or where you can find parts, service or information on any phone ever purchased at any retail store.

	If you need help with an on-line purchase or eBay *order PLEASE* email us instead. We are super fast with email and often cannot answer web related questions over the phone.**
