Manual PASSWORD orders are billed $12.99 no matter what the on-line store claims it will charge for shipping. If you accidentally order the same password multiple times the duplicates will be deleted automatically on our end.

PASSWORDS: Please download the file before buying passwords in case there are any errors or problems with the download.

CD-ROM: CDs are mailed US-Priority mail no matter what choice you make for shipping method. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. If you need a manual mailed overnight you need to order a virtual "item" called overnight shipping that is available at the bottom of the list of manuals. Also, please email us to alert us ASAP about the overnight order.
