When Placing an order for a manual password you should several emails. If you get one email, you get them all.

Look for this one: Manual Password for 0rder: XXXX

That email contains your password to un-zip the PDF file.
The emails are sent automatically after the order is placed and usually arrive in a few minutes but can take up to 30 minutes or more on rare occasions. If you got one email, you got them all. Check your junk or spam folder if you have gotten other order related emails but not the password email.
