The Comdial Impression phones look exactly like the Comdial Unisyn phones but work more like the Comdial Impact. The Control units that power the Impression phones are the same as the KSUs used for the Impact and Digitech with different software installed.

The Impression is one of the rarest Comdial phones to find on the refurbished market. They were not manufactured for very long, the features are not much different from the Impact line and we are not sure why they were ever built in the first place. If you have this system it would probably be a good idea to look into replacing it soon. Replacement parts or service is not easily found and the phones are not all that old. In a few years it will probably be easier to find a living woolly mammoth then anyone who has even heard of the Impression line of Comdial phones. If you are unlucky enough to own an Impression system, the only good news is that we can fix your broken telephones.
