Comdial Executech phones have major problems with the keypad buttons. We repair every single keypad on every Comdial Executech telephone that is sent in for repair. Most other companies will only repair the keypad IF it is acting up when they test it. Testing is not good enough! You have to break open the keypad and look at it to know for sure.  And while we are there, we always fix any minor problem and make sure the keypad will work perfectly for years to come, not just until the warranty expires!
