We handle each consignment offer separately.

Not all equipment will be accepted under a consignment offer. Systems that we do not deal with, old equipment that has very little demand, or equipment we already have excessive amounts of may not be accepted.

There are 3 main types of consignment deals we offer.

1)Each Part Separately (Preferred)
We will sell each piece of equipment separately, refurbished with a 1 year warranty. This will pull in the highest price per item but may leave part of the lot unsold, especially items that are not popular or do not need replacing.

2) Complete system as a package
We will sell your complete phone system as a package, tested, refurbished and with a warranty. This will help sell the complete lot if many of the components have little demand on the refurbished market. We may ask to break up the system if it does not sell for many weeks.

3) Highest bidder
We will sell your system parts tested (as-is) to the highest bidder. This may be useful if fast turnaround is needed. We will test, inspect and provide detailed descriptions or pictures of the equipment to potential buyers.

Steps

1) Send us a list of the equipment you would like to sell under consignment.

2) If your equipment qualifies, we will draft a consignment agreement and either fax or email a copy to you.

3) If you agree to the terms you must ship the equipment to us as soon as possible so we can start processing the equipment.

4) When the equipment arrives, each item is given a barcode serial number and logged in to our tracking software.

5) We will perform a quick test of the equipment  to determine if there are any major problems.

6) We will list the equipment for sale in all of our advertising, web site, and on-line store.

7) At the end of each month, after we receive payment for items sold, we will mail out a check to you for the agreed amount for the item(s) sold.

8) If any of the equipment does not sell before the expiration of the agreement, a new agreement must be reached for the remaining items or the equipment will be returned to you.
