Barclay Enterprises Bad Guy Listing

Barclay Enterprises accuses us of not having the courage to identify ourselves.... somehow missing our bold toll-free phone number and email contact link.

We correct their 'mistake'
They most certainly read and comment on our complaint in their own web site.... yet they never make changes to the original accusation. Not as if they haven't had the chance... Barclay has been very busy updating and adding more empty complaints regarding our site.

They even have copies of the WHOIS registration of our old URL to 'prove' it is ours.

If we wanted to hide we could have put anything there but we listed our real contact information.

Let's try that on them....
QPTT.COM is a 'division' of Barclay Enterprises
See Barclay Aliases
Let's take a peek at HIS registration information.... looks like it's full of intentional lies and deception unlike our registration that HE is complaining about.

The Barclay Enterprise Web of Deceit

“Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive”
~Sir Walter Scott

May 2008 - Barclay Enterprises creates a 7 page web site to complain about our 7 page website.

Let's deconstruct Barclay's web of deceit.....

Barclay says:
On 03/17/07, Priority One Business Communications registered the domain name barclayent.info --- a spin-off of our domain name barclayent.com --- and proceeded to build a seven page, mega-rant website devoted exclusively to us.

The point of our web site about Barclay was to warn the public. This only happens if the public can find it.
www.barclayent.info was an experiment for search engine ranks. This was not a new 7 page web site as Barclay suggests but simply a copy of the pages we had already created (pages Barclay had already complained about). This site did not increase in ranking above the original so we abandoned it.

Barclay complains that we purchased a spin off of their domain name yet who do you think owns these THREE domain names: p1bc.net - p1bcinc.net p1bcinc.info ???
Give you one guess.... that's right! Barclay Enterprises, Richard Barclay

Barclay says:
They never had the courage to identify themselves on the website, but the whois data show the registrar As Ben Jordan / Priority One Business Communications.

Barclay clearly read every last word on our page. Did they somehow miss our BOLD toll-free number and the blue link to our email address? Are they hoping you won't notice it? Interesting how Barclay claims we did not have the "courage" to identify ourselves (when we obviously did) while they refuse to respond with anything other than silly pictures and build their own web site against us in secret. Who's the real coward here?

Barclay says:
Curiously, in late April 2008, the website disappeared. In fact, on April 28, 2008, B. Jordan / Priority One initiated a delete of the domain name. The reasons are unknown, but one possible explanation is that they wanted to distance themselves from remarks that they had made about how only cheap keypads seep oil, since --- contrary to their previous claims --- they now admit that their "improved" keypad seeps oil (and/or is susceptible to taking on environmental matter; but this, they maintain, is impossible.) Their admission was not news to us, since we have seen the typical range of "gunk" in handsets sent to us by former Priority One customers. The keypads also often take on a yellowish tint.

Barclay Enterprises has not one... but two web construction "companies". They also own a significant list of URLs  so claiming ignorance here is not an option for them. URL registration typically lasts for one year and Barclay knows this. Notice how they themselves admit our web site started on March 07 and ended on April 08 (1 full year) however they word their lies to suggest we actively deleted the site. They suggest we wanted to distance ourselves from lies on this web site as a "possible" explanation. Does Barclay know you can actually edit a web page any time you want rather than delete the entire web site? Of course he does! I have a feeling this "theory" is absurdly unbelievable even to Barclay. However, honor and honesty are quite obviously not their goal.

Barclay Enterprises admits to lying about "environmental gunk"

Barclay continues to stubbornly insist the oil found in these keypads is really human spit. After all... it voids their warranty! More recently they have carefully chosen the wording in how they promote this lie, usually resorting to using "environmental gunk" which still clearly suggest this 'gunk' is from the environment and not a by-product of the keypad itself. See: Barclay Enterprise Keypad Scam

Even more entertaining is that Barclay actually admitted for the first time on this page that oil is the problem! He quickly noticed this "error" and re-worded it the next day proving they have been intentionally lying about this all along and not just willfully ignorant about it.

Here, let me show you....

5/19/2008 (click here to see a copy)
--- they now admit that their "improved" keypad seeps oil too. (This was not news to us. We have seen several of their "improved" keypads on handsets sent to us by their customers. Not only do they exude oil, but they take on a yellowish tint.)

5/20/2008 (click here to see a copy)
--- they now admit that their "improved" keypad seeps oil (and/or is susceptible to taking on environmental matter, but this, they maintain, is impossible) Their admission was not news to us, since we have seen the typical range of "gunk" in handsets sent to us by former Priority One customers. The keypads also often take on a yellowish tint.

Barclay admits that oil seepage was "no news to them"!
That keypads "exude oil"!

Quickly they notice this and the ONLY changes made to their statements the next day re-word this accidental confession.

When weaving a tangled web of deceit, it's easy to slip up. Barclay's lies are based on lies... it's only a matter of time before they slip up or contradict themselves as they have done often.

Does Barclay have any honor? They will not communicate with us directly, but they will read this page in it's entirety (most likely within 24 hours of it's creation)

Will Barclay Enterprises update their information based on these facts now given to them? Unlikely.... when your "facts" are based on lies, there is no motivation to update your point of view to maintain honor.

On 5/19/2008 Barclay unwittingly admitted that keypad oil is the "gunk" in "environmental gunk".... their current advertising as of 11/18/2008 (6 months later!) still attacks our claims that the gunk is not spit & food.

Barclay has never recanted their statement that "environmental gunk has only one source: spit!"

Barclays extended and lifetime keypad warranties are voided by abuse. "Fine Print" aside, spitting in your phone is abuse and abuse is not covered. (click here to watch the video that proves Barclays intentional warranty deception)
