Barclay Enterprises
Barclay wants to make you think we are just as
deceitful as they are...

** UPDATE
**
You will see that Barclay has been
very busy reading every page we have ever posted on the net and
every forum posting we have ever made. He has collected some screen
shots and saved them with names to suggest we are lying in our
advertising....
Failed attempt #1
Claiming we are lying about how many phones we have repaired.
First he has a
few pages he claims are from January 2006 that state we do not repair
cordless phones.
cordless-2006-01-01_dont_repair_cordless04.png
We have over 350 web pages on our site.
It's not easy keeping track of them all. Some are simply saved copies of
old outdated and now un-linked pages that were never deleted. Obviously
Barclay has read them all (with the help of sneaky hacking software to
view unpublished or unlinked content)
Over the years we received many calls
about repairing miscellaneous cordless phones. Most cordless phones are
cheap and easy to replace. Manufacturers come out with a new models
almost daily. People do not realize that it's simply not cost effective
for a repair facility to stock parts and offer repair on literally
thousands of models much less try to offer quality service on specific
equipment you probably will only see once. Back in the late 90's and
early 2000's we did not offer cordless repair. It was the high volume of
customers contacting us about the KX-TGA400b that changed our minds.
This was a single model that was in high demand and with a common keypad
problem. A problem we had significant experience with in other models
that we had been servicing for over a decade.
Once we started offering repair on the
KX-TGA200b and KX-TGA400b phones, requests started poring in!
Obsessively reading all 350 of our old web pages and deleting any
reference that we do not repair cordless phones was not even on our list of
priorities.
In short: Barclay has no idea when
we started repairing cordless phones. I have no idea where he
obtained a date of "January 1 2006" especially when the date on the
pages he references is clearly 2004
Next - Barclay lists a page
claiming we just started repairing cordless phones on 2/13/2006
cordless-2006-02-13_just_started_repairing_kxtga.png
In this forum posting Paul states "after request
upon request from customers we just started repairing these phones"
First.... does Barclay think we started repairing them on that
day and rushed out to answer a forum posting about it? Of course
not! To be honest I have no idea when we first started repairing these
phones but I do know that it was well before this particular forum
posting. When we started repair service on these we did not just jump
into it full blast one day. We had a few customers who contacted us in
desperate need for repair send in a few models that we repaired for
them at a significant discount. We started offering repair but we kept
a low profile, not wanting to receive any large quantity while we were
still testing the waters and developing the repair techniques. I'm not
talking years here but I know it was several months, back in to 2005.
Perhaps Paul should contact Barclay and apologize for
not being perfectly clear on the exact start date of our repair in that forum posting...
oh wait! Barclay refuses to talk to us so I guess he can't.
Next- Barclay lists a page
claiming we are lying about repairing "hundreds" of phones.
cordless-2006-03-26_hundreds_of_kxtga_repaired.png
How could we have repaired "hundreds" of phones in just a little over
one month? Well because it wasn't just one month! It had been at least
4-5 months by the end of March.
Once we started paying for pay-per-click
advertisements, promoting our web site for KX-TGA400b and listing
repair auctions on eBay.... we quickly jumped up from repairing a few
phones a day to sometimes 25 or more per day! For a while I was even
personally coming in on the weekends to repair 30 or so additional
phones just to keep up!
How many days does it take to reach 200 phones...
(technically the minimum quantity to honestly claim "hundreds")....
when you are repairing 25 phones a day??? 200/25 = 8
Next- Barclay lists a page claiming
we could not have repaired "thousands" by now.
cordless-2006-05-22_thousands_of_kxtga_repaired.png
Again.... Barclay was selling sometimes 10-20 repair auction per day
on eBay alone at $25 more per phone than we were charging. This does
not include direct web sales or repeat customers. This is why Barclay
is so angry with us... we were his only competition and we cost him
a lot of money. But that's business Barclay. Ebay is not
your personal playground and we had just as much right to be there as
you. You just couldn't handle it. Too bad!
So this was what? 3 months after we started offering
repair on eBay and pay-per-click ads and at least 7 months after we
first started repairing these models.
I don't see the problem here....
Strange how YOU... you Barclay who were claiming
that Panasonic redesigned the keypad A FLAT OUT LIE! You
Barclay who were claiming to be the worlds only FCC Authorized repair
center.... YOU think you can call us a liar? Who do you think you are?
Your word means less than nothing and your logic is non-existent!

Divisions
Barclay's next attempt at claiming we have stooped to
his level
division_of_p1bc.png
We have called out
Barclay for claiming to have multiple "divisions" apparently he
believes our budget repair "division" is the same and we are just as
guilty.
Barclay.... you are so funny.
Let's see..... our
p1repair web site clearly states at the top who you are dealing with.
"A division of Priority
One Business Communications"
We use this to clearly
separate and clearly state our "budget repair service" with
different repair options and warranty period.
What do you think
P1Repair stands for Barclay?
Could it be P1 means "Priority One"!
Your divisions are set
up to appear as separate identities. You have different phone numbers,
emails and even different addresses going to mail forwarding services.
When you do mention these other "divisions" it's on the bottom of page
32 in 8 point font. More frequently you list these other divisions as
quote "a phone repair company" or some such clearly implying
you have nothing to do with them!
What else??
One "division" claims to
no longer work on a specific model or brand and highly recommends this
other division = "yourself"
One division even
purchases the other division! Amazing..... yet the purchased division
was one of your divisions and still is one of your divisions.

Don't worry.... more to come at a later date.
Again Barclay... you have now been enlightened. You will
not communicate with us but you will read this page. (most likely within
a few minutes of it's first creation) Now that you know you were
mistaken in your accusations.... will you change them? Of course not! How
silly! You are not interested in the truth... you are a liar!
Why not provide your own explanation for your wild
behavior??? You could pose a possible theory as to the automated calls
we started receiving shortly after the first signs of you obsessively
reading every word I type.... you could finally provide your side of the
FCC story you were too busy to bother us with back in 2006. You never
know.... I just might accept one of your excuses as possible and remove
our display of that behavior on this site.... regardless of the fact
that you would never consider the same courtesy.
