We did not start these attacks. Unlike Barclay Enterprises, Inc. we have done nothing illegal or even morally questionable in this battle. We have given Barclay ample opportunities to back down by requesting a truce and even backing off ourselves first to see if they would cooperate. Barclay has made it clear that they have no intention of discontinuing their attacks.
