Within just minutes of our first eBay repair
auction. Barclay Enterprises cancels their repair auction early and
re-lists with derogatory comments aimed directly at us. They read our
web site and quote our policies leaving no doubt. Meanwhile someone
with power seller status (which Barclay had at the time) uses their eBay
phone privileges to call and complain about our listing. Our auctions
are removed multiple times for minor problems, some quoted as
"unpublished rules" by eBay when we complain about the unfair treatment.
Barclay embellishes their illegal
FCC fabrication while warning
customers:
"Don't be fooled by cheap copy cat repair facilities that
are not FCC authorized to repair your phone"
and
"While the competition is scratching their head trying
to figure out how to repair your phone...."
All unprovoked (pointed directly at us) and within just
hours (or days) of our first listing.
To top it off they also started lying to customers
in their repair auctions and web site.
They flat out lied,
telling customers the common button problems in specific cordless phones
had been fixed by Panasonic.
"Manufactured to
the very best of Panasonic's specifications, thus
eliminating any possible shortcomings of the original version."
There was only one
version and there is no way they were simply mistaken. The
problems were obvious to the naked eye and the part numbers identical.
Barclay Enterprises sold
thousands of defective keypads while blatantly lying to customers
and offering a bogus self-voiding warranty.
