Preferred Telecomm
(http://www.preferredtel.com)
This company is supposedly located next door in suite #204 They offer
almost the exact same service and also claim to be FCC Authorized (or
whatever Barclay Enterprises
current FCC deception is). For phones they "no longer service" they
recommend Barclay Enterprises (pretending they have nothing to do with
them) They have a separate toll-free number.

QP
Telecommunication Technologies
(http://www.qptt.com)
31805
Hwy 79 South # 532 Temecula, CA 92592
QPTT repairs
almost the exact same line of equipment as Barclay Enterprises.
They were located next door to Barclay Enterprises in Suite #203
up until 2004 when Preferred Telecomm "acquired" them (see
here). Somehow the company survived the acquisition and
moved to Temecula, CA. It turns out their new address is actually
a
UPS Store. They now have an anonymous address, phone
number and email address. Even the
registration details of their URL qptt.com is anonymous and
appears fabricated.
Unlike Barclay Enterprises who claims to "strictly adhere to
government regulations". QPTT has never applied for a business
license in the town of Temecula.

CyberSpeedster (http://www.cyberspeedster.com)
This web construction company located at
2275 LaCrosse Ave. Colton, CA
has very few web sites under it's belt even after at least 6 years of
doing business.
See here
Some examples of their work include:

www.qptt.com "A telephone remanufacturer"

www.barclayent.com "Telephone repair

www.preferredtel.com "A telephone repair

Barclaywebsites (http://www.barclaywebsites.com)
This web construction company is owned by Barclay Enterprises. The
main reason for this site is to compete against our web site for the
keywords "Barclay Enterprises" A lot of work for
someone too busy to reply to an email! This was not a simple
copy of CyberSpeedster with a name change. Both sites existed
simultaneously for some time with major changes to the Barclaywebsites
site.
Some examples of their work include: (this may sound familiar)

G&S Repairs™
Barclay Enterprises claims
they purchased G&S
Telectronics' telephone repair facility. They even wrote up their own
press release
about it. Barclay also states:
[Barclay Enterprises] latest acquisition is G&S Repairs™,
a major telecommunications repair facility located in Riverside, CA.
"G&S Repairs" never existed as
far as we can tell. G&S Teltronics is still in business and handles
Avaya computer integration. There is no indication they ever offered
repair services in house. Their old 4-page web site does not
mention any repair services and has not been updated in over 4 years.
(See
this archive copy from August 2004) A web search for "g&s repairs"
finds absolutely nothing except for Barclay's own press release.
Barclay not only claims G&S Repairs existed but
that it was a "major repair facility" and Barclay even includes a
Trade-Mark! Please Barclay, explain how a "major"
trade-marked repair facility leaves absolutely no trace of it's
existence.

This is all from ONE
small business run by Chris & Rick Barclay
All 3 repair companies offer the same basic service and are set up in a
deceptive way to make it appear (even at a close look) that they are
separate entities. There are no honest reasons to have 3 separate
toll-free numbers and 2 different addresses for the same service.
With some digging you can
easily tie these 3 companies together but Barclay recently admitted this
on their new link farm
web site construction "company" as follows:
Barclay competes in this
industry through its three divisions ----- Barclay Enterprises,
Preferred Telecomm™, and QPTT™. The
corporation's latest acquisition is
G&S Repairs™,
a major telecommunications repair facility in located in Riverside, CA.

We did not start these
attacks. Unlike Barclay Enterprises, Inc. we have done nothing
illegal or even morally questionable in this battle. We have given
Barclay ample opportunities to back down by requesting a truce and even
backing off ourselves first to see if they would cooperate. Barclay has
made it clear that they have no intention of discontinuing their
attacks.
