Email Subject: Avoid Negative
Feedback
Your product to repair the
Panasonic phones is not adequate.
The product will not sufficiently correct the problem with the phone.
For the price I paid to you I bought a number pad, not a "repair" pad.
I have repaired about 4 5 of these phones. Your
product won't work.
I need a refund for the product.
I will leave negative feedback if you do not
refund the price of the product including shipping.
You item is not adequate. I am requesting a refund. I will send the item back to you once I get the
refund. (Just like I had to pay before shipping.)
I bought a key pad from another vendor. It
works great. These "repair kits" do not
work as advertised. You are over priced for this kit as well.
Your ad is also misleading.

Our reply:
Hello,
I understand you do not like our product. Unfortunately
the product does work, we have hundreds of happy customers that prove
this. I also do not agree with you that our ad is misleading. We
describe in detail the item you are buying and in fact recommend
you buy a real keypad instead quite clearly in the auction listing (at
the top). It can only be considered misleading if you do not read it.
If you disagree, please provide your reasoning.
You are claiming the product does not work. We have
hundreds of positive feedback on ebay (for this same item) that
disagree with you.
You accuse us of writing a deceiving ad. Nothing can be
clear if it is not read.
You demand a full refund without having to return
the product. This is an unreasonable request from any angle.
We take good care of our customers but will not roll
over for unreasonable demands and threats.
I see you purchased the same product from techguy5597 a
few minutes after you purchased it from us. How can you claim our
product does not work on the same day you leave positive feedback for
the same product from another vendor? Techguy5597 directly copied our
product after lying about it for over a year and selling customers
known defective OEM keypads for even longer while lying that Panasonic
had solved the problems. Our membrane keypad is made with carbon
material NOT carbon paint. Techguy9957 charges more for the product.
His auctions ARE deceiving. I am sorry but all reasoning shows you are
either mistaken on who you are complaining to OR you are working for
techguy5597.
I'd be very interested to hear an explanation of why
you purchased one from both our listing and techguy5597 at the same
time and why ours is such a terrible product in comparison. How you
were deceived when it appears you were comparing similar items. Why
our ad is deceiving while techguy5597's ad is not.
You can call me Monday or Tuesday 207-894-7100 x105
(9-5 EST) to clear this up.
Thank You

Key statements from Hemichallenger's later
emails:
I don't have time to call you 9-5, you just fix it and
we'll both be happy.
I've tried the things you sell before. They don't work
very long.
You are telling me that your conductor fixes my phone.
It doesn't. I wanted a keypad.
I will make sure everyone on the internet knows you
rip people off and you tell lies about what you sell. Your ad doesn't
say
a "conductor to repair your keypad" or some other such nonsense. It
implies I will get a keypad.
The only way you can fix this is
give me my money back and buy a keypad somewhere and send it too me too.
As I said, I have fixed a ton of these things and you
are the only vendor that claims a conductor will fix a keypad. You're an
idiot.
The problem with my rubber pad is that the #1 won't
work. I put your membrane in today.........I'll be damned if it still
doesn't work. (Hemichallenger tells us he tried the membrane
keypad for the first time several days after complaining that it
does not work?? How can that be anything but a lie from someone who
intended to complain?)
