Barclay Enterprises illegally claims to be an FCC authorized repair facility for telephone repair
From at least 1999 and up until 2007 Barclay Enterprises illegally claimed a long expired $50 FCC registration
(a listing of their old name and old address) made them an "FCC Authorized" repair center.

Barclay uses their FCC fabrication to attack us in eBay repair auctions
"Don't be fooled by cheap copy-cat repair facilities that are not FCC Authorized to repair your phone"

Barclay forges federal documents
When we challenge Barclay's FCC fabrication Barclay posts altered registration scans as "proof" on their web site. The address was removed and the company name changed.

We called the FCC and there is and never was any such thing as "FCC Authorized" anything. Barclay's expired registration allowed them to put an FCC barcode on very specific models of old analog telephones only. This was under FCC 'Part 68' where they kept track of who sold or repaired certain equipment back in the 70's & 80's. The barcodes have not been in use for decades. Barclay's registration expired 3 times over when they changed their name, when they moved locations and when the FCC stopped supplying the barcodes. Barclay still uses this fabrication in their advertised repair for modern phones never under Part 68 of the FCC. This is blatant false advertising and intentional deception even after being caught.

Barclay changes their wording proving they knew they were lying
When we told Barclay we were reporting them to the FCC and FTC Barclay changed their wording from "FCC Authorized" to "FCC Registered" and then "Had been FCC Registered" A short while later they change it all back to "FCC Authorized" proving they know the claims are false.

The BBB asks Barclay to remove their forged FCC registrations
Even after the BBB stepped in and asked Barclay to remove their forged documents, Barclay continues the deception by re-wording their claims. "Grantee of the FCC's Equipment Authorization System since 1989"

When Barclay's FCC scam was exposed on a professional telecom forum you would think they would have quietly removed any trace of their deception.... On the contrary! Instead they decide to criminally forge federal documents in a further attempt to fool customers.

Barclay Enterprises FCC Lie   Watch the movie

Barclay Enterprises FCC lie is exposed on a popular telecom forum.
(Richard L. Barclay, President) replies to the post but never supplies any excuse for his company's behavior
. The forum's board moderators informed us that Barclay contacted them several times complaining about the post and doing everything in their power to have it removed, except of course explaining their side of the argument or removing the illegal advertising comments that would have put the story to rest.

The forum posting was removed after two years due to company direction changes. We saved a partial copy here: Barclay Enterprises FCC lie exposed by telecom professionals

bulletBarclay blatantly lies claiming we forged our evidence!
On Barclay Enterprises P1MATRIX page they claim we drastically altered the forum copies, deleting postings to make it seem worse than it is. We clearly state that the forum posting eventually went off-topic so we did not copy every post. We also provided a link to the original full version to anyone interested. Barclay obviously hopes his audience will not look too deep into the story and just take his word for it.

Barclay Enterprise Illegally Forged Federal Documents
Barclay Enterprises was forced to remove these documents from their web site by the Better Business Bureau

The FCC would not have registered "Barclay - Hare Enterprises" and left out the "Hare" on the form. The company address is also strangely missing.
Barclay Quote: "The result will be "Barclay - Hare Enterprises, Inc.", which was our original name"
Read the RED SQUARE AREA to learn this registration expired when they changed their corporate name and were only good on specific equipment

Barclay Enterprises Forged FCC Registration

Permanent records of these forged documents have been saved along with many witnesses viewing them on Barclay Enterprises web site over many months.
