Chris Barclay and Rick Barclay
of Barclay Enterprises have been obsessively attacking our products
and services while blatantly lying to customers.
The Barclays are
guilty of: gross false advertising, exaggerated offers, intentional
self-voiding warranties and flat out lies. They forge
recommendations, reviews, feedback and even federal forms
(FCC
registrations that they then exaggerate and claim to be "FCC
Authorized"). Their well planned attacks on their competition
include everything from illegal activities to childish pranks.
Rick
Barclay is guilty of
defamation of
character toward the president of our company (libel).
The Barclay's
are well aware of this site and our allegations (proof1
proof2). They have repeatedly refused
to comment or reply to our attempts to contact them. Instead they
choose to contact people, potential customers and web administrators
in private with libel statements and lies in hopes to win
their support. Their silence proves their
guilt and their endless effort to fight this web site proves
they have no excuses.
