5) Print your "Packing Slip" email and ship your items in for repair. |
Tip: If you want several repairs but with different options, add multiple items.
Example: 2 repairs with one battery, add one item with a battery option then use your back button to add another without the battery.

$20 if all you need is the RF module repaired for choppy transmit issues.
Warranty will only cover choppy transmit.
This service is for repairing blown CO ports
(phone lines) and repairing choppy transmit to the cordless handsets. If you
have unusual problems such as voice mail issues, display problems, programming
glitches etc.. please
contact us by
email before sending your base unit in for repair. We may be able to help you
solve the issue yourself.

Good Examples:
"dead, can not get it to do anything, no display, no lights, we tried another
power supply"
"static when using a headset, handset and speakerphone work fine"
"phone line #2 does not work at all"
"Works fine for about 2 hours and then dies, no sounds or display. We have to
unplug to reset"
BAD Examples:
"dead" (Explain in as much detail as
possible. What if it's not dead when we test it?)
"static" (Where is the static? Handset ear?
handset mic? speakerphone? Headset jack? Transmits static? Receives static?)
"Doesn't work" (We assume it does not work
when you send it in)
"won't ring" (which line? how often? do the
lines not ring or just the base? do the cordless phones ring?)
