We were the first and still the only company to design an improved keypad for these phones. What is included

• Repair any and all problems with your phone. (excluding missing parts, broken & unrepairable LCDs)
• 180 day warranty covers any* problem, not just what we repair!
• Lifetime warranty on our keypad.
• 4 to 7 business day turnaround, 7 day average (see below) 
• All functions tested and visual inspection for common problem points.
• The keypad is repaired in every cordless handset! Even if it does not need it YET, it will soon!
• Phone is cleaned. Old tape, stickers and ink removed. Scratches on LCD screen are buffed out.

No charge for unrepairable phones. No bench fee!
In the unlikely event that we cannot repair your phone we will return your phone and refund your payment (minus the shipping & handling fee) or if you let us keep your unrepairable phone we will refund 100% of your payment. If you have any doubt that we can repair your particular problem please email us the details and wait for our reply before purchasing repairs.

Fast turnaround
We know you need your phone back ASAP and we aim to please! In most cases we can repair and return your phone just a few days after we receive it. When we log in your phone an email is automatically sent to you letting you know we have started working on your phone. Feel free to reply with any questions or additional information. When your repair is complete another email will be sent with your tracking information. Unfortunately, 7 day turnaround is not guaranteed and in rare cases we may need to hold on to your phone for longer periods. If your phone has intermittent problems we may need to spend more time making sure the trouble will not return to avoid wasted time in warranty work.

* Our warranty does not cover excessive abuse, shipping damage or unrepairable LCD displays.
